Pork Chops and
Wild Rice
4 - 6 pork chops
1 small package Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Brown pork chops in Dutch oven. Cover with Wild rice mix, and
Soup. Add 2 cans water. Sprinkle with Salt and pepper. Cover and
bake for 45 minutes on 325 degrees. Turn pork chops and bake an
additional 15 minutes.

Hash Brown Casserole
2 (10 oz) pkgs. has
brown
potatoes
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 pt. sour cream (1/2 cup)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheese
TOPPING:
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/4 stick butter
Defrost potatoes. Combine in bowl with other ingredients. Mix well,
and put in greased casserole dish and add topping. Bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes.

Cream Cheese Desserts
2 (8 oz.) pkgs Cream
Cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 TBS lemon juice
Box Vanilla Wafers
Mix first 4 ingredients together until smooth. Place vanilla wafer
in bottom of cup cake paper in baking tin. Fill 1/2 full and bake
at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until set. Chill about 1
hour and top with drops of cherry, strawberry or blueberry prepared
pie filling. |

| Stir-Fry
Chicken Breasts, Turkey Breasts, or
Beef, cut into strips
Marinade
Sauce:
Brown Sugar
Ground Ginger
Minced Garlic
Minced Onion
Teriyaki Sauce to cover meat.
Set aside in a marinate container as much as overnight. Turn occasionally.
NOTE:** I use Schwann's Turkey
Breast Fillets in this recipe usually.
Remove meat and place in WOK or large frying pan,
until meat is cooked thoroughly. Add Philippine Style Noodles, and
frozen stir fry vegetables, or broccoli and carrots. |

Egg
Rolls
2 lbs Hamburger
Minced Onion
Minced Garlic
Ground Ginger
Accent
1 Bottle Oyster Sauce
Prepackaged Cole Slaw Mix, or your own cabbage & Carrots,
chopped fine
Egg roll Wraps
2 eggs, beaten, set aside
In a large frying pan or WOK, brown Hamburger and spices together.
Drain. Add oyster sauce and Cole slaw mix. Stir until vegetables
are slightly tender. Remove from heat.
With slotted spoon, place spoonful of mixture in wrap and roll as
directed on package. Seal with beaten eggs.
Deep fry for about 2 - 3 minutes, drain upright on paper towel
lined casserole dish. Serve warm with rice. |
